The Faculty of Theology at the University of Bern offers an academic environment where students from various religious and worldview backgrounds engage the Judeo-Christian confessions and religions to develop a scientifically founded perspective on the many and diverse dimensions of Judaism, Christianity, and other religions. Instruction and research at the Faculty in Bern focus distinctly on Old Catholic and Protestant Theology, Jewish Studies, and Interreligious Studies.
