Master’s minor degree program in Jewish Studies

Building on the foundational studies completed at the bachelor’s level, the minor subject program at the master’s level enables students to engage in selected areas of Jewish Studies using appropriate methodology. It equips them to contextualize and critically assess the key theories and concepts of Jewish Studies from both historical and hermeneutical perspectives.

The study program consists of the following components:

  • Hebrew (5 ECTS credits)
  • (Contemporary) History (8 ECTS credits)
  • Literature (8 ECTS credits)
  • Elective module selected from the master’s course offerings in Jewish Studies (9 ECTS credits)
